Cedar Sage & Sweetgrass - September 17 to October 23

Past by artist Kalum Teke Dan (front image) is one of over thirty pieces of artwork being shown at the Pitt Meadows Art Gallery. Curated by Cedar Sage & Sweetgrass, this artist group was created with the goal of giving Indigenous Artists a forum where they can show their best art and connect and encourage one another. Sixteen prominent and emerging artists make up this unique exhibition which will also showcase carvings, paddles and beaded jewellery.

Join us for the Opening Reception on Saturday, September 17 at 1:00 pm. Meet the artists and enjoy the Wild Moccasin Dancers as they display the beauty and vibrancy of pow wow culture through dance.

All work will be available for sale.
