The local government and school trustee elections in Pitt Meadows took place on Saturday, October 15, 2022.
The official results confirmed a new City Council. Nicole MacDonald was acclaimed as Mayor on September 21, 2022 after running unopposed.
Tracy Elke (Miyashita), Mike Hayes, Bob Meachen, and Gwen O’Connell were re-elected, with Alison Evans and Mike Manion joining as first time councillors. Katie Sullivan and Hudson Campbell were elected as school trustees.
The election saw a 23% voter turnout, with a total of 3,391 votes cast.
The new Council will be inaugurated in a ceremony on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. Regular Council meetings will continue beginning the following week on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
