We're now accepting vendor applications for the 2022 Summer Food Truck Pilot Program from June 10 to September 30. Food trucks can apply to operate at Harris Road Park and Pitt Meadows Athletic Park up to three days per week (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays), as well as statutory holidays, during park hours (dawn to dusk).
How to Apply
Step 1: Choose and Submit a Request for Dates and Location
Vendors can choose to book any number of days within the duration of the FTPP. Locations to choose from: Pitt Meadows Athletic Park and Harris Rd. Park. The Spirit Square location is available on City event dates only (pittmeadows.ca/events)
If the City receives multiple requests from different vendors for the same location and date, a lottery system will be employed to determine the chosen vendor. The chosen dates will be added to the schedule once proof of business licence is provided.

Step 3: Display your licence and permit
Once approved, your business license and special event permit will be emailed to you. Please display these while operating in Pitt Meadows.
