Tree Lighting in Spirit Square
The Annual Tree Lighting in Spirit Square took place virtually this year, with Mayor Bill Dingwall wishing Pitt Meadows residents a happy holidays on behalf of Council and Councillor Bob Meachen lifting hearts and spirits with his performance of Silent Night.
The City of Pitt Meadows will have lots of great activities for you and your family to participate in this holiday season! A Holiday Lights Tour (contest) will kick off on November 30, there will be an ugly Christmas sweater slideshow, zoom calls with Santa, holiday crafts and so much more!

Congratulations to the winner of the 2020 Pitt Meadows Holiday Lights Tour and Contest: 12401 193B Street! Thank you to all of the entries that helped bring cheer to our community. Show off your Ugly Christmas Sweater
We all have that piece of holiday clothing that only comes out at this time of year and always makes everyone smile. Thank you to everyone that shared a photo of their favourite not-so-ugly Christmas sweater, hat, tie or vest! Watch the slideshow here!
A new holiday craft will be posted each week from November 30 - December 28. Crafts for all ages will be included.

- Week five: learn how to make a cute holiday gnome in 15 minutes!
Christmas Display at Spirit Square
Bring your family, or people within your bubble down to Spirit Square to view decorations and the lit up Christmas Tree. Hours: 5-9pm daily from Nov. 30 - Jan. 3.
Each year the Pitt Meadows Art Gallery is filled with beautiful treasures perfect for those on your holiday shopping list.
From art pieces, to hand made goods, there is something for everyone on your list. This Shop was extremely popular last year so visit early to get your pick of the items!

Zoom Calls with Santa!
Santa loved hearing what everyone wanted for Christmas! On December 4 & 5 Santa spoke with over 50 Pitt Meadows families & we raised donations for the Friends in Need Food Bank in the process! Thank you so much to everyone that contributed, we hope you enjoyed your zoom call with Santa.

CP Holiday Train at Home
The Holiday Train is back, and its first—and only—stop is your home! CP is keeping the spirit of Christmas alive with a virtual concert with performances by Serena Ryder, The Trews, and JoJo to raise money for food banks.
