Fitness Centre only. Group fitness and gymnasium drop-in are not offered at this time.

|Fitness Centre||Open||Visitors will be required to wear a mask throughout their entire visit to the facility. A reminder that an informed consent is signed upon a patrons first visit to the centre following new COVID-19 protocols. This signed agreement requires all users to follow City of Pitt Meadows COVID-19 protocols which now include mandatory masks in all indoor spaces. Disposable masks will be available at customer service, if needed. This requirement is due to the implementation of an “Emergency Act in Place” mandating the requirement for wearing a mask in all public indoor and retail spaces. |
Workouts are limited to 90 Minutes.
Equipment has been physically distanced.
Maximum capacity of 30 patrons at a time.
Patons will each recieve their own equipment disinfectant kit to spray down machines and surfaces before and after use.
No shower or change room access at this time.
Water bottle refill stations open. Water fountains closed.

11 years old and under: Recommended, but not required by the province, to be worn within our facilities and programs .

|Group Fitness Programs|
Registered programs: Available
By Order of the Provincial Health Officer, Indoor High Intensity Group Fitness classes are still suspended. This includes classes such as: Spin, Cardio fit Bootcamp, HIIT - High Intense Interval Training or Circuits.
Low Intense classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Low Intense-Low Impact Classes, Yogalates, etc are allowed and have been reviewed and structured in accordance with the PHO exercise guidelines for low Intensity group fitness..

Sport, Parks & Open Spaces

Child & Youth Indoor and Outdoor Sport: All organized indoor and outdoor sports for people under 19 years of age must follow viaSport's Return to Sport Phase 2 guidance with respect to maintaining physical distance for participants. This means games, tournaments and competitions are temporarily suspended for teams. Individual drills and modified training activities can continue.
Reminder of Prohibited Spectators: Under the order, no spectators are allowed at any sport activities.
Under the order, no spectators are allowed at any sport activities. The only people allowed to attend sport activities are those that provide care to a participant or player. For example, providing first aid.
Travel to, from and between communities for team athletic activities like games, competitions, training and practice is prohibited.
