Other Fitness Options
Fitness Orientation with a Basic Workout Plan
Looking for how to start and/or organize your fitness goals? This 90 minute Fitness Orientation includes a review of your knowledge to our fitness centre, the machines and cardio equipment. Our BCRPA registered Personal Trainer will assess you and provide you with a basic workout plan to get you started. Please wear fitness shoes and clothing and be prepared to workout.
Dates and Time:
- To be scheduled with Customer and Trainer
- Trainer will call customer once the session is registered and paid for
- 1 session - $78.75
Youth Access Pass - Fitness Centre
Youth between 13Y-15Y of age are eligible to use the Fitness Centre with a completed Youth Access Pass. A parent or guardian signature is required on the application form. Please reserve your spot for the Youth Access Orientation with staff at Guest Services. For more information, or to book a group orientation, please contact 604.465.2452.
All external, independent trainers, (Personal Trainers, Therapists, Kinesiologist’s, etc.) who want to work with clients in the Pitt Meadows Family Recreation Centre must complete an External Trainer Form. The Fitness Centre offers a bright, modern space, multi-use, spacious training room with state-of-the-art accessible equipment, new Lifefitness Cardio equipment with integrated TV’s and internet, plus Technogym.
