Growing up as a dancer & soccer player, I found yoga in my early 20's after some hesitancy. I enjoy passing along my knowledge of the mind stuff as well as the physical practice of yoga.

Began teaching fitness over 24yrs ago and still enjoy it as much as I did back then. It is such a reward to be able to help others along their wellness journey. I am an advocate for health and wellness and taking time out for yourself. In my career as Assistant Deputy Warden for British Columbia Corrections I encounter high stress situations on a daily basis. Fitness has been my saviour and being able to share my passion with others has been an outlet for me which I cherish. I am thankful every day for the opportunities I have been given to connect with others in such a positive and rewarding environment.
