The City of Pitt Meadows will host a Governance Roundtable to obtain additional feedback on the proposed new committee structure. The recommended structure will allow committees to have a stronger voice which enables Council to obtain community feedback.
Community feedback is an important part of Council’s decision-making process. The committee system is a highly effective tool for Council in sharing responsibility, tapping into the community’s expertise, and obtaining firsthand input from citizens.
