The City of Pitt Meadows has developed an Amenity Cost Charge (ACC) program to collect funds from new developments that result in an increase in the population of residents. The collected funds may be used for the capital costs of constructing new amenities and improving existing amenities.
The adopted ACC rates are outlined in the table below:

| Duplex or Townhouse | $7,000 |
| Apartment | $5,000 |
| Secondary Suite or Garden Suite | $3,400 |
On June 25, 2024, Council adopted an Amenity Cost Charge Bylaw and updated the Residential Community Amenity Contributions (CAC) Policy.
