The establishment of benefits and pay levels for CUPE jobs at the City of Pitt Meadows is determined through a job evaluation system coordinated through Metro Vancouver that considers the pay for other related jobs in the City as well as the pay for similar jobs in other Metro Vancouver municipalities. All benefits and terms and conditions of employment for our CUPE inside and outside positions can be found in the CUPE Collective Agreement.
