February 11, 2026 - The City of Pitt Meadows has lowered its flags to half-mast following the Tumbler Ridge tragedy. We extend our deepest condolences to the community of Tumbler Ridge and the broader Peace region of British Columbia. On behalf of Council and the City, we keep the victims, their families, students, educators, first responders, and all those affected and involved close in our thoughts during this profoundly difficult time.
