Effective November 1, the City’s waste collection provider is switching to Waste Connections Canada.
There are no changes to residents’ scheduled collection days, collection dates, carts or waste-sorting requirements. However, collection may occur at a different time of day than residents are used to.
As a reminder, residents should have garbage and green waste carts out by 7 a.m. on their scheduled collection day.
A new waste collection schedule and guide are being finalized and will be available soon.
