The next Local Government and School Trustee elections will be held on October 17, 2026.
General local elections in B.C. are held every four years on the third Saturday in October.
On October 17, 2026, voters for the municipality of the City of Pitt Meadows will elect one Mayor and six (6) Councillors for City Council along with two (2) School Trustees for School District No. 42 to serve a four-year term.
Voting Information:
The City of Pitt Meadows uses the B.C. Provincial Voter's List. Please visit the Elections BC website to:
- Register to Vote if you are 18 years or older and have lived in BC for at least 6 months by October 17, 2026;
- Update your voter information such as your residential or mailing address;
- Pre-register by adding your name to the Future Voters List if you are 16 or 17 years old.
