March 26, 2021 - The City is implementing changes to Operations services until further notice. Essential work such as: monitoring critical infrastructure, handling emergencies and water quality testing will be prioritized.
Four members of staff at the Works Yard have tested positive for COVID-19. All positive cases are confined to the Works Yard which is not open to the public. Other City facilities are not affected. Out of an abundance of caution, other Public Works staff who may have been exposed are self-isolating and will not return to work until they are cleared by Fraser Health. Deep cleaning of the affected area has occurred.
