Flags at City facilities will be flown at half-mast from Friday, September 26 until they are raised again on Wednesday, October 1 in recognition of the following observances:
- Police and Peace Officers’ National Memorial Day – Sunday, September 28
- National Day for Truth and Reconciliation – Monday, September 30
