Updated September 17, 2026 - Preliminary construction-related activities remain underway for the Eagle Meadows Logistics Park, located on q̓ic̓əy̓ (Katzie) First Nation Reserve No. 1 at 19755 and 19757 Wharf Street in Pitt Meadows.
Site preparation activities include Rapid Impact Compaction (RIC) works using an excavator-mounted hydraulic hammer. Additional work is planned along Bonson Road to support the Eagle Meadows Logistics Park project.

What to expect
Timing
- Existing site preparation and RIC activities remain ongoing.
- Work along Bonson Road is anticipated to begin the week of September 21, 2026, and continue for approximately two weeks. Work schedules may be adjusted based on construction progress, site conditions, and operational requirements.
Hours of work
- Daytime road work is anticipated to occur Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- Bike lane closures will be in effect outside daytime work hours and will remain in place until the work along Bonson Road is complete.
Traffic
- Temporary single-lane alternating traffic is anticipated at locations along Bonson Road, between Wharf Street and Thornburn Way, to accommodate tree removal and access-road construction associated with the Eagle Meadows Logistics Park.
- Road users are advised to allow additional travel time, use caution, and follow directions from traffic control personnel when travelling through the area.
Impacts
- A temporary increase in construction noise may be experienced while work is underway.
- The contractor will implement mitigation measures as required.
- Noise monitoring, including vibration sensors at various locations surrounding the work area, remains in place.
