November 17, 2025 - The City is installing our holiday season decorations. The work will take place in sessions, and will have one lane impacted at a time.
This work will be happening from November 17 to 20, and continue from November 24 to 28. There will be an additional day of work on December 1. Traffic control/daily work is expected to begin operating between 7:30 and 8 a.m., and wrap up at approximately 3:30 p.m.
Details on order of operations:
- Rolling convoy: A moving work crew will decorate lamp standards starting on Harris Road, followed by Hammond Road, and finishing with South Bonson.
- Traffic control: Traffic control will be set up on islands 1-5, closing one lane each way. This work will be starting at the south end, working north to install lanterns and rope lighting.
- Hanging new Seasons Greetings banner: The new Seasons Greetings banner will be installed on Harris Road on December 1, 2025!
