January 8, 2024 - Please be advised that the pedestrian crosswalk at Hammond Road and Wildwood Crescent is not operating properly. The push button on the south side is activating the rapid flashing beacons, while the north side push button produces an audible sound but does not activate the beacons.
Signage has been placed on both sides of the crosswalk to inform pedestrians and advise them to use the crosswalk with caution and at their own risk. Drivers are also urged to please use caution when approaching this crosswalk. Repairs will be made as soon as possible.
