Updated July 13, 2026, 2:30 p.m. - The City is responding to a water service interruption affecting Harris Road north of McNeil Road following damage to a water main. Properties in this area may be without water service until approximately 3 p.m. today, July 13.
Affected properties may notice a temporary drop in water pressure, sediment, or a discolouration in water after service is restored. The water is still safe to drink, but to correct problems with cloudy or turbid water, run the cold tap for a few minutes until the water runs clear to rid the water lines of air and sediment. If the water is still cloudy, try again in a half hour.
