The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure is proposing improvements at the Highway 7/Harris Road intersection to facilitate a safer, more efficient road network, improve active transportation and enhance the flow of local and regional traffic through Pitt Meadows.
The Highway 7 and Harris Road intersection in Pitt Meadows is a busy commuter connection point. Congestion and travel delays occur regularly during peak hours and the intersection is a collision prone location. The Highway 7 and Harris Road Improvements Project will provide a present-day solution for safer, more effective travel for motorists, public transit, active transportation and goods movement along this segment of the highway.
