Purolator will once again lead its annual Red Bag Campaign in Pitt Meadows, continuing a longstanding partnership with Friends In Need Food Bank.
The campaign will take place over two Saturdays:
September 19 – Red Bag Distribution
Purolator volunteers will distribute Red Bags throughout participating Pitt Meadows neighbourhoods, with additional community volunteer support being coordinated.
September 26 – Red Bag Collection

Public commemoration of the tragic and painful history and ongoing impacts of residential schools is a vital component of the reconciliation process. We also recognize the journey of Truth and Reconciliation we are currently on at the City.
Join the Ridge Meadows Chamber of Commerce for the Pitt Meadows Municipal Election Candidates Forum on October 5, 2026, from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. This in-person event is a great opportunity to residents to hear directly from the mayoral and council candidates, learn about their priorities, and get informed before Election Day. Pre-submitted questions can be submitted to lauren@ridgemeadowschamber.com, with the forum being moderated by the Ridge Meadows Chamber of Commerce. No live questions will be accepted.
