As part of the 2025 Capital Works Program, the City of Pitt Meadows and its contractors will be conducting work at the following locations this year:
Road and Paving Projects (see map):
- Baynes Road/Airport Way intersection - Design and implementation of pedestrian bridge and crossing improvements.
- Fraser Way - Parking lot paving and sidewalk east of Harris Road
- Hammond Road between Harris Road and Blakely Road
- Ford Road between Ford Road Detour and Baynes Road
- Bonson Road between Somerset Drive to Park Road
- 116B Ave between Blakely Road to 192A Street
- Blakely Road between Hammond Road and 119 Avenue
- Kennedy Road from Ferry Slip Road to CPKC railway tracks.
Utility/Water Projects (see map):
- 195B Street, 119A Avenue, 120B Avenue
- Bonson Road from Hammond Road to 116A Avenue, including 117A Avenue
- 195A Street
- 115A Avenue, 197A Street, 197B Street, 196B Street
These projects are part of the City’s ongoing program to improve local infrastructure. The contractor will endeavor to minimize any disturbances to area residents. Specific dates will be posted when work is scheduled and residents will be notified ahead of time by the contractor when they plan to start work in their area. Please note this work is weather dependent and subject to change. Please watch and obey traffic control personnel and signs at all times.
