City Hall
City Hall will be closed on Friday, December 23, 2022 and will re-open on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 8:30am.
City eServices are still available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at mypittmeadows.com.
The Public Works Operations Centre
The Public Works Operations Centre will be operating under normal hours during the holidays, but staffing levels will be reduced.
If you require service from the Public Works Operations Centre during regular business hours, please call 604.465.2434. For emergency after-hours service please call 604.465.2465.
The Pitt Meadows Family Recreation Centre
The Family Recreation Centre remains open over the holidays with following exceptions:
Friday, December 23, 2022 Closed due to weather
Saturday, December 24, 2022 (Christmas Eve) Closed
Sunday, December 25, 2022 (Christmas Day) Closed
Monday, December 26, 2022 (Boxing Day) Closed
Saturday, December 31, 2022 (New Year’s Eve) 8am – Noon
Sunday, January 1, 2023 (New Year’s Day) Closed
Reminder: all drop-in group fitness and gymnasium programs are cancelled on statutory holiday weekends. Drop-in multi-sport use is allowed during the cancelled drop-in dates. For more details, visit pittmeadows.ca/parksandrec.
Pitt Meadows Art Gallery
Hours for the month of December:
Tuesday to Sundays from 12pm - 4pm
Closed December 23 - January 3 due to inclement weather.
Re-opening January 4 - 8 for a 10% off sale before the Art Gallery is closed for relocation in mid-2023. More information on PMAG pop-up exhibitions during the closure is available at pittmeadows.ca/pmag.
Waste Pick-Up Schedule
There will be no pickup on Monday, December 26, 2022. Pickup collection will be delayed by one day for the week of December 26-31, 2022. If you experience problems with pickup, please call Waste Management directly at 1-800-774-9748. A waste collection schedule is available at pittmeadows.ca/waste.
Council Meetings
The next Public Council Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 10, 2023.
Construction Reminder
A reminder that construction is not permitted within Pitt Meadows on December 25 & 26 and January 1 & 2.
