June 3, 2024 Update
Council will be considering an Amenity Cost Charge Bylaw and updates to the Residential Community Amenity Contributions Policy at the Public Council Meeting on June 4.

The City of Pitt Meadows is developing an Amenity Cost Charge (ACC) program to collect funds from new developments that result in an increase in the population of residents. The collected funds may be used for the capital costs of constructing new amenities and improving existing amenities.
The proposed ACC rates are outlined in the table below:

| Single-Family Dwelling | $8,100 |
| Duplex or Townhouse | $7,000 |
| Apartment | $5,000 |
| Secondary Suite or Garden Suite | $3,400 |
