December 16, 3 p.m. update - The park has reopened. However, the City is advising visitors to avoid forested areas during the current Wind Warning in place from Environment Canada. Thank you for your patience.

December 15, 2025 - A tree has fallen in the forested area of Harris Road Park. A crew is currently on site. Caution tape and safety signage will be installed.
The playground is closed until further notice. For safety reasons, residents and park visitors are asked to avoid the park.
This notice will be updated as work progresses and when the playground reopens.
