Property tax payments and Provincial Home Owner Grant applications are due on Thursday, July 2, 2026.
Here’s how to access your tax bill:
- If you are signed up for e-bills, check your email for a bill sent from ebills@pittmeadows.ca.
- Login or create an account on www.mypittmeadows.com to access your online tax account.
- Email pmtaxes@pittmeadows.ca or call 604-465-2418 for help.
- Visit City Hall during business hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., closed all statutory holidays.
There are several ways to pay your taxes:
- Online banking – Add “City of Pitt Meadows” as a bill payee and your folio number (without the decimal) as your account number
- In-person banking – Pay your property taxes at most chartered banks, credit unions and participating trust companies
- Secure City Hall drop box, located at the west side main entrance door to City Hall
- In-person at City Hall – City Hall is open to the public during regular business hours for property tax payments. Please expect delays due to high traffic at this time of year
- Mail – Cheques can be mailed to the City of Pitt Meadows, 12007 Harris Road, Pitt Meadows V3Y 2B5
A penalty will be charged on outstanding taxes as of Friday, July 3, 2026.
