Fitness Centre Programs - Achieve Your Fitness Goals

To book a Fitness Orientation or Training Program, call 604.465.2470 to schedule an appointment. Payment is required at the time of booking.
Note: Teens 13-15 years MUST book and complete an orientation to work out in the fitness centre. 

A certified personal trainer will develop a customized workout plan tailored to individual goals and fitness levels. Whether the focus is on building muscle, losing weight, or returning to fitness after a break, the right support and guidance make all the difference. Available individual and group programs include:

Fitness Orientation Ages 13+

An introduction to the fitness centre, including equipment, etiquette and safety. Participants must complete a PAR-Q form in advance and wear athletic attire with clean running shoes. Street clothes, jeans, dress shoes and work boots are not permitted. Note: Teens 13-15 years MUST book and complete an orientation to work out in the fitness centre. 
30 min $10 (+GST) / 1 session
(Includes admission to work out in the fitness centre)

Fitness Consultation Ages 13+

Spend 30 minutes with a personal trainer reviewing health, activity levels and goals. This one-on-one session helps determine a starting point or adjustment to a fitness plan and identifies the most suitable training options.
30 min $15 (+GST) / 1 session

Fitness Starter with a Basic Plan Ages 13+

Book an appointment with staff to receive a basic plan and learn exercises and techniques to build a personal fitness program. Bring a completed PAR-Q form and wear athletic attire with running shoes. Street clothes, jeans, dress shoes and work boots are not permitted. 
75 min    $55 (+GST) / 1 session

Personal Training

Reach fitness goals faster with guidance from a certified personal trainer. Trainers help with form, new exercises, training plans and motivation—whether new to the gym or experienced.

How to book a Fitness Orientation or Training Program:

  1. Call 604.465.2470 to schedule an appointment.
  2. New clients book a Fitness Starter with a Basic Plan.
  3. Trainer will contact you to confirm availability.
  4. Purchase a 3, 5 or 10 personal training package

(Personal training sessions are non-refundable)

Session Rates (60 min/session):

  • $150.00 (+GST) /3 sessions

  • $250.00 (+GST) /5 sessions

  • $500.00 (+GST) /10 sessions
