We’ve developed several draft land use concepts for the North Lougheed Study Area (NLSA) using information and ideas contributed by the community and other stakeholders. Now we need your help to refine the plan!

The North Lougheed Study Area is located on the north side of Lougheed Highway between Meadow Gardens Golf Course and Harris Road.  The City is considering the future of this area and how it can provide long-term benefits to the entire community.

Agricultural Advisory Committee

The Agricultural Advisory Committee advises Council and staff on matters related to agriculture in the community which may include comprehensive reviews of agriculture-related policies, plans and development proposals using the City of Pitt Meadows Agriculture Plan and its Official Community Plan as a guide.

FREE Ham Radio Licence Course (Part 2)

Currently accepting registrations for Ham Radio Operator’s Course, September 28 to 29. Perfect for ages over 14, if technology is something of interests, this just be the course for you. Upon passing the exam you will receive your license enabling you to speak with people from around the world. Exciting possibilities, Amateur Radio Club is a great and active support. The study guide available to read before coming to class, and can be picked up at reception at City Hall. 

PMFRS Annual MD Boot Drive

Help support Pitt Meadows Fire & Rescue Services in the annual Boot Drive for Muscular Dystrophy on Sept 28 benefiting Muscular Dystrophy Canada.  Look for our crews and honourary members collecting donations in the following locations:

Meadowtown Centre from 10am – 3:30pm:

  • Tim Hortons
