The Agricultural Advisory Committee advises Council and staff on matters related to agriculture in the community which may include comprehensive reviews of agriculture-related policies, plans and development proposals using the City of Pitt Meadows Agriculture Plan and its Official Community Plan as a guide.

Join the Watershed Watch Salmon Society at the Katzie Slough for an educational canoe tour of wild salmon habitat. As we paddle, we will also clean up the waterway and banks. Members of our team will provide information as to why this area is both ecologically and culturally important, for salmon and for people. After the garbage is collected, we will sort it for recycling.
Please note that the regular meeting of Council scheduled for today has been cancelled. The next meeting of Council will be the inaguration on November 6, 2018.
