Mayor Becker will be at coffee shops and venues around Pitt Meadows on Saturday mornings.  Pitt Meadows citizens are invited to 5-10 minute one-on-one visits to discuss issues that are important to you. The cost of one basic cup of coffee is on the mayor, come on by!

The Agricultural Advisory Committee advises Council and staff on matters related to agriculuture in the community which may include comprehensive reviews of agriculture-related policies, plans and development proposals using the City of Pitt Meadows Agriculture Plan and its Official Community Plan as a guide. 

The Agriculture Advisory Committee meets the 2nd Thursday of every month at City Hall at 10:00am; there are no meetings in July and August. 

The Advisory Design Panel provides professional and lay advice on matters related to the evaluation of the design and construction of buildings and other developments within the City of Pitt Meadows.

Date: Meetings are held monthly or as business needs arise

Time: 2:00pm, duration is approx 2 hours

Look for Pitt Meadows firefighters on Saturday, December 9th as they participate in their annual Christmas Food & Toy Drive, benefitting local charities throughout the community. 

Firefighters will be collecting donations outside of the following businesses between 10am and 3:30pm:

The City is hosting an Open House for its undertaking of a Flood Hazard Risk Assessment, a National Disaster Mitigation Program initiative.

Join us on Thursday, November 30 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at Pitt Meadows Heritage Hall (12460 Harris Road) to find out more information and provide feedback on flood hazards and risks in Pitt Meadows.

The purpose of the committee is to obtain diverse views from the community and airport interests in airport matters affecting the community and vice versa.

Date: The committee intends to meet 4 times per year or as business needs arise.

The Pitt Meadows Regional Airport Board of Directors (BOD) meetings are now open for the public. The BOD meetings will be at 7pm and they are expected to take place on the fourth Wednesday of each month. The initial plan is to alternate BOD meeting locations between Pitt Meadows City Hall (12007 Harris Road) and Maple Ridge City Hall (11995 Haney Place).

The Active Transportation Advisory Committee advises Council and staff on strategic priorities and policies relating to active transportation in Pitt Meadows.

Date: Meetings are held as business needs arise

Time: 7:00pm, duration is approx 2 hours

GRAND OPENING NOVEMBER 18, 2017

The City of Pitt Meadows is pleased to provide a new gallery space for established and emerging artists to exhibit their work for temporary public display.  

Join us to celebrate the opening of The Pitt Meadows Art Gallery located at 12492 Harris Road.

An educational opportunity for seniors & seniors in training.

Join the Ridge Meadows Senior Society for an informative day of guest speakers, vendors, and activities that highlight a positive view of aging for seniors. 

Tickets can be purchased for $6 at the Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows Activity Centre.
