The Vibrant Community Program provides financial and/or in-kind assistance to individuals, groups and organizations for the delivery of programs, services and events that encourage collaboration, community connections, and foster community pride.
The Vibrant Community policy was updated in February 2026 to be more inclusive of community groups, non-profit organizations, and events that benefit residents. The updated policy and application help ensure that supported activities are free, family-friendly events that align with City values, benefit the broader community, are inclusive and accessible to everyone, and provide a unique offering without duplicating existing City programs or services.

Receiving financial/in-kind support is not a guarantee for future years, and must be requested each year.
