Given the seriousness of the COVID-19 pandemic, the full scope of which is still evolving, Council has made the tough decision to postpone the City’s annual Pitt Meadows Day event until later this year, the timing of which is still yet to be determined. Please read the official media release here.

This free family event is a community tradition and includes a pancake breakfast, a parade, artisan market, entertainment, food trucks, a family friendly beverage garden, children and youth activities and SO much more. Held in Harris Road Park and the Pitt Meadows Family Rec Centre with fireworks later in the evening at the Pitt Meadows Athletic Park.

Pitt Meadows Days success relies on the continued community support and generous contributions from local businesses and organizations. 2020 will mark the 79th year of this free, family event. With an expected event attendance of 10,000 - 15,000 people, your organization / business will have the opportunity to:

Both stations will be located in the Heritage Hall Parking Lot.
- Water balloons will not be permitted during the water fight at the parade. Water guns are OK!
- Please do not allow children to run out into the parade route.
- Outside of the family friendly beverage garden at Harris Park, alcohol and other intoxicating substances are prohibited.
- We want to thank the community in advance for understanding that in order for the fireworks portion of the event to be safe and enjoyable for everyone, random bag checks will occur by security staff.
