City Hall
City Hall will be closed at noon on Tuesday, December 24, 2024 and will re-open on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at 8:30am.
City eServices are still available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at mypittmeadows.com.
Waste Pick-Up Schedule
There will be no pickup on Wednesday, December 25 or Wednesday, January 1. Pickup collection will be delayed by one day between December 25-28, and January 1-4. If you experience problems with garbage or green waste pickup, please call Waste Management directly at 1-800-774-9748. For recycling related service issues, please contact GFL Environmental at 604-282-7967 or email srrecycle@gflenv.com. Waste collection schedules are available at pittmeadows.ca/waste.
The Public Works Operations Centre
The Public Works Operations Centre will be closed on December 25, 26 and January 1 and operating under normal hours during all other days, with reduced staffing levels.
If you require service from the Public Works Operations Centre during regular business hours, please call 604.465.2434. For an after-hours emergency (water leak, sewer backup, downed tree across roadway, etc.) please call 604.465.2465.
The Pitt Meadows Family Recreation Centre
The Family Recreation Centre remains open over the holidays with following exceptions:

Tuesday, December 24, 8:00 a.m. - Noon
Wednesday, December 25, CLOSED
Thursday, December 26, CLOSED
Friday, December 27, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Monday, December 30, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, December 31, 8:00 a.m. - Noon
Wednesday, January 1, CLOSED
Thursday, January 2, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday, January 3, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Be sure to check the Holiday Break Drop-In Gymnasium Schedule for programs from December 23 to January 5 at pittmeadows.ca/gymnasium.
Reminder: fitness classes and gymnasium programs do not run on statutory holidays and statutory holiday weekends. There will be no fitness classes from December 21 to January 5. Gymnasium programs run during altered hours. For more details, visit pittmeadows.ca/parksandrec.
South Bonson Community Centre
Tuesday, December 24, 10 a.m. – Noon
December 25 to January 1 – Closed
The facility will be open for special events or private facility rentals. From Monday, January 6 to Sunday, January 12, 2025 the South Bonson Community Centre will be closed for the annual facility shutdown.
