Responsive – The City is committed to providing timely and accurate responses to concerns or inquiries including keeping the customer apprised of progress.
Accountable – The City prides itself in the provision of a transparent, fair and equitable public service delivery model.
Respectful – City employees, members of the public, and other visitors to City facilities, will adhere to the City’s Respectful Workplace Policy. Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
