Advisory Design Panel Focus

The Advisory Design Panel provides advice and recommendations on development and design matters, taking into consideration the community's unique character and the City's Official Community Plan. The ADP considers and provides recommendations on other projects or applications as referred by Staff and/or Council and assists the City in the formulation of design policies and criteria including urban design guidelines, as required.

From June 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021, CP is seeking your input on the proposed CP Logistics Park: Vancouver. During this second round of consultation,  information will be provided about and feedback sought on the ongoing technical and environmental studies for the proposed project, including early consideration of potential mitigation approaches.

Board of Variance

When

According to the Local Government Act, a municipality that has adopted a zoning bylaw must establish a Board of Variance to allow people to request relief from the provisions of that bylaw. A person may apply to the Board for a minor variance if they feel compliance with the bylaw would cause them hardship. The Board of Variance is a quasi-judicial board consisting of three volunteers from the community appointed by Council.

Lions Club drive thru Hanging Basket Fundraiser

Mother's Day is coming soon! Join us on Saturday May 8th to purchase a beautiful hanging basket! 

We'll be located in the gravel lot next to the Pitt Meadows Family Recreation Centre. Turn off Harris Rd. at City Hall, and follow our volunteers thru to the pick up area. We will be following all covid-19 protocols and ask that you wear a mask when speaking to the volunteers. Guests are to stay in their vehicles and we will place your selection in the trunk for you. Baskets cost $25 each with proceeds going to the Pitt Meadows Lions Club.
