City Council meetings are held in the Council Chamber located at Pitt Meadows City Hall, 12007 Harris Road.
The 5km & 10km walk/run - the route follows roadside and the dyke trails along the scenic Fraser River. A sponsored chip-timed event by the Running Room and all participants receive a t-shirt when registered by the deadline of April 12. This is an event for all runners, walkers of all abilities.

Join us to celebrate Earth Day at Pitt Meadows Family Recreation Centre on Friday, April 26 from 2:30 to 4:30pm! This year’s theme is Zero Waste, and we will have a film screening and tons of interactive activities and displays for families. Come learn how we can all reduce waste in our homes and communities.
Easter is always a hopping good time at the Pitt Meadows annual Easter celebration! Come join us on Sunday, April 21st from 10am - 12pm at Harris Road Park. There will be pony rides, face painting, a petting zoo and of course an Easter Egg hunt! Bring your reusable coffee mug and enjoy a free cup of Starbucks coffee.

Over the next year a series of Neighbourhood Emergency Preparedness Program (NEPP) workshops are being offered free to the public. These workshops will equip citizens with the necessary information so that they can plan ahead and take care of themselves and their neighbours during a catastrophic event. It is recommending that people attend the Into to NEPP before taking any of the other workshops.
Pre-register at emo@pittmeadows.ca (space is limited and preference will be given to Pitt Meadows residents).

Watershed Watch Salmon Society is hosting their 4th biannual canoe tour of the Katzie Slough. Paddle along with Watershed Watch staff, pick up garbage, and learn about the historical and current importance of the slough. Artistic pancakes made by local artist Jay Peachy will be served after the canoe tour.

The Pitt Meadows Art Gallery's newest exhibit, The Art of Upcycling runs April 6 to May 26, 2019. Join us for the opening reception on Saturday, April 13 from 2-4 p.m.
Everyday objects discarded as waste are reimagined into remarkable works of contemporary art and sculpture in The Art of Upcycling at the Pitt Meadows Art Gallery. This year’s exhibit hopes to raise awareness about excess plastic waste that ends up in the oceans.
