The Board of Variance proposes to meeting the first Wednesday of every month on as as needed basis.

Pitt Meadows Council established the Community Support Select Committee (CSSC) to provide a platform to strengthen relationships and share information between City Council and community organizations that provide support to Pitt Meadows citizens.
The Community Support Select Committee proposes to meeting up to three times a year; meetings are scheduled for February, June & October.
The Pitt Meadows Day Advisory Committee (PMDAC) provides support to the City with the planning and execution of the annual Pitt Meadows Day event. This signature event provides an opportunity for residents to gather, connect and celebrate the vibrancy and diversity of our City.

The Active Transportation Advisory Committee (ATAC) advises Council and City Staff on strategic priorities and policies relating to active transportation in Pitt Meadows using the Pedestrian and Cycling Master Plan as a guide.
The Agricultural Advisory Committee (AAC) advises Council and Staff on matters related to agriculture in the community which may include comprehensive reviews of agriculture-related policies, plans and development proposals using the City of Pitt Meadows Official Community Plan as a guide.
