We’re offering a series of free Neighbourhood Emergency Preparedness Program (NEPP) workshops. These workshops will equip citizens with the necessary information so that they can plan ahead and take care of themselves and their neighbours during a catastrophic event.
Join us on Friday December 3 from 5:30 - 8:30pm in Spirit Square to kick off the holiday season! There will be mainstage entertainment, photos with Santa in an igloo, holiday train, crafts, food trucks, Pitt Meadows Art Gallery pop-up shop and so much more!

The Holiday Lights Tour and Contest is back for a second year! Last year our community lit up Pitt Meadows - let's make this holiday season the brightest one yet! Submit your home at haveyoursaypittmeadows.ca starting November 12. A map listing all of the participating addresses is available here.
Each fall, City departmental business plans for the following year are developed and presented to Council and the community. These are based on robust financial planning and analysis, staff input, Council direction and resident feedback heard throughout the year. The plans represent recommendations for key initiatives, budgets, and the Five-Year Financial Plan. This process provides an additional transparency and accountability to enable the community to better understand City priorities and the budgeting process.

Advisory Design Panel Focus
The Advisory Design Panel provides advice and recommendations on development and design matters, taking into consideration the community's unique character and the City's Official Community Plan. The ADP considers and provides recommendations on other projects or applications as referred by Staff and/or Council and assists the City in the formulation of design policies and criteria including urban design guidelines, as required.
Smart Moves for Seniors - Exploring Your Options (Zoom workshop)
Museum Sundays on November 21st is all about preparing the Museum for the Holidays. Drop in between 1:00 and 4:00 pm on the 21st to help us decorate for the Christmas season and make a Putz house while you are here.
Agricultural Advisory Comittee Focus
The Agricultural Advisory Committee advises Council and Staff on matters related to agriculture in the community which may include comprehensive reviews of agriculture-related policies, plans and development proposals using the City of Pitt Meadows Official Community Plan as a guide.
The Pitt Meadows Day Advisory Committee provides support to the City with the planning and execution of the annual Pitt Meadows Day event. This signature event provides an opportunity for residents to gather, connect and celebrate the vibrancy and diversity of our City.
