Active Transportation Advisory Committee Focus
The Active Transportation Advisory Committee advises Council and City Staff on strategic priorities and policies relating to active transportation in Pitt Meadows using the Pedestrian and Cycling Master Plan as a guide.
Agricultural Advisory Comittee Focus
The Agricultural Advisory Committee advises Council and Staff on matters related to agriculture in the community which may include comprehensive reviews of agriculture-related policies, plans and development proposals using the City of Pitt Meadows Official Community Plan as a guide.
We’re offering a series of free Neighbourhood Emergency Preparedness Program (NEPP) workshops. These workshops will equip citizens with the necessary information so that they can plan ahead and take care of themselves and their neighbours during a catastrophic event.
This Neighbourhood Emergency Preparedness Program (NEPP) Leadership workshop provides NEPP training for overall leadership before, during and after an event. Register by emailing emo@pittmeadows.ca or calling 604.460.6713 (late registration accepted).

Between each band “Agriculture Up Close and Personal” video clips of some of what visitors would typically see at Country Fest (e.g. sheep shearer, sheep dog/ducks, horse shoeing and 4-H shows).

We are opening to the public to thank everyone for being patient as we navigated Covid 19 restrictions for this and the previous summer.

Advisory Design Panel Focus
The Advisory Design Panel provides advice and recommendations on development and design matters, taking into consideration the community's unique character and the City's Official Community Plan. The ADP considers and provides recommendations on other projects or applications as referred by Staff and/or Council and assists the City in the formulation of design policies and criteria including urban design guidelines, as required.
