The City of Pitt Meadows is authorized to collect personal information related to Question & Comment submissions under section 26(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. This information will be used for its intended purpose only. Community members can participate in Question & Comment Period during regular Council meetings in one of two ways:

1.   Attend a Council Meeting to participate live in the Question & Comment period:

Members of the public are welcome to join us at City Hall. There is limited seating available in the Chamber, with overflow seating available in the Meadows Room.

2.   Complete and SUBMIT this form:

Before submitting your question or comment to Council, please read  Council Policy C107 that outlines the guidelines and protocol for the safe, respectful, and orderly administration of Question & Comment Period during Council meetings and public engagement opportunities during EPC meetings.

A maximum of 15 minutes will be spent on each Question & Comment Period.  Any questions received that are not addressed during the Council meeting will be forwarded to Council via email following the meeting.
